I was considering buying a friend the most deluxe model but was worried someone else would buy it for him because it was well known he wanted one. The Keuring rep said 'no worries - return is simple and return postage is free! There is no risk!' So I bought it and now they are saying they have no idea what he was talking about and they won't return the unopened, brand new $300 coffeemaker! I am livid!
