A Barista Buzz, Home Style

A very solid look at the landscape that is Single Serve Coffee, however I'm not sure how they can say that the foam on a cup of Senseo is not yummy, how the espresso from an Impressa from Capresso is not exceptional, and how they would rather pay $4 for a cup of coffee versus .27 cents from a pod. Oh well, you can't please everyone can you?. A special thanks to The MacGourmet for sending thi s in.

"The first coffee of the day is a make-or-break moment. A robust, flavorful cup can clear the mind, cheer the soul and boost self-confidence. A watery, bitter brew almost guarantees gloom.

Small wonder that the corner Starbucks has become a kind of beverage wayside chapel, restoring the spirit with sacramental espressos, cappuccinos and lattes.

If only you could get them at home.
