Senseo To Accommodate Larger Sized Mugs
Looks like you large mug toting Single Serve Coffee drinkers will get your prayers answered. This Fall, The Senseo will be updated with a new shorter spout to accommodate larger sized mugs.
Single Serve Coffee.com: Will there be an update to the Senseo this Fall?
Senseo: As you know, we have 94% of Senseo purchasers that say they are very or extremely satisfied with Senseo. With that said, we are making a change that we expect to bring this number even higher. We will be shortening the spout to accommodate larger coffee mugs. The new height will allow the consumer to fit over 90% of coffee mugs underneath the spout.
That's great news! I can't say that I don't love my Senseo almost completely, but I could love it even more if it fit a larger sized mug. I'll have even more updates from my discussion with the Senseo folks soon.

I loved my Senseo Pod machine. I only drink 2 cups of coffee a day and they have to be delicious! The seal in the lid of my Senseo has worn out and now the machine won't hold pressure without popping open. :o( I decided to buy what I was told was the best pod machine going, the My Cafe, by Bunn. The coffee is OK but not the delicious coffee with the froth on top that my Senseo made. Does anyone know how I can buy a replacement seal for my Senseo?
Actually I spent awhile bemoaning the ability for larger cups, but honestly I just use a stainless steal frothing pitcher that fits perfectly and count on it pouring the coffee into my bigger mug to stir up the contents per suggested method (otherwise I wouldn't stir my coffee).
I hope they allow you to purchase the new spout. maybe that typical dutch stuff will carry it, they seem to carry other replacement parts. Then again the Senseo pod holder chamber might have been reworked, in which case the rest of us with Senseo's are SOL
