New Folgers Skinny Vanilla Creamy Pods Coming this Fall

Homecafe Cappucino-Thumb JaNew Folgers Cappuccino and Skinny Vanilla Latte will be available in September 2005 nationwide (Cappuccino is currently available online at www.homecafe.com). Folgers Cappuccino offers consumers a smooth, creamy coffeehouse beverage in the comfort of home. The new Skinny Vanilla Latte contains only 60 calories so consumers can enjoy this everyday indulgence.

Both the Folgers Cappuccino and Skinny Vanilla Latte will have a suggested retail price of $4.99 for an 8-count pack. Future pod introductions will include tea and cocoa!!!

We reviewed the Folgers Cappuccino pods earlier this year on Single Serve Coffee.com and are excited to see tea an cocoa coming soon as well along with the Vanilla Latte. It will be interesting to see if these larger creamy pods take off as much as the regular pods have. If so - you may see systems like the Home Cafe and Tassimo start to take the lead in the US market as they satisfy the american desert coffee crowd.

I have a direct line to their PR folks. So - I should have the scoop before it's even announced on the product sites.

Too bad that the company didn't keep the promise, the cappuccino pods are NOT available in stores yet, and it is October already. Procter & Gamble issued coupons, they expire soon, and still no sign of the cappuccino pods. I asked in each and every grocery store in my area, none of them knows when and if they ever will have them. And even no way anymore to order them online.

I love our Home Cafe machine. It makes a good cup of coffe or cappuccino, and I can't wait to try the new latte and teas. We are going to get the new Krups machine so my husband and I can grab both of our favorites at the same time! We have been using them for about a year and we haven't made a pot of coffee since.

What pods are compatiable with the krups besides the folgers and the milstone?

We just bought a Krups two-cup coffee maker yesterday and rushed to the store to get some pods. They only carried Folgers. Made my first cup this morning and it waa awful - really nasty stuff. Are any other pods compatiable with Krups besides the Folgers and Milstone?

SO WHERE DO YOU BUY THE POT, FOR THESE THICK PODS. IT WILL NOT FIT IN THE SLIM POD MACHINE. THANKS
