We've been reading this blog from Heather at CoffeeGIANT since February. It has some great run downs of the industry and we recommend it for some coffee reading. Right now they've got a great article on the state of coffee pods and who's trying to win.
"If you haven’t heard the buzz, you soon will. The newest adventure in single cup coffee is the “coffee pod” and pod machine. The concept is great, a universal one-cup coffee maker that has refills readily available for it. The pod it’s self is a relatively simple concept, a single serving of coffee in a filter packet. By using a small filter pack you can make a single cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea quickly and conveniently."

Well, I thought this might be a nice place to get new news. However, it looks like this coffee pod article is the last news they have posted, and that was on June 27. I guess it's not worth trying to check them every day to see if there is any new news...
Thanks for bringing this blog to my attention. It's nice to find new coffee sites. :)
