Review: Green Mountain Fair Trade Gingerbread K-Cups from Single Serve Coffee.com

We can clearly remember the first time we laid eyes on a gingerbread house. We can also clearly remember the first time we got to build a gingerbread house with our grandparents and taste the gingerbread, gumdrops, and icing as we built the gingerbread house. Drinking a cup of Gingerbread coffee from these new flavored K-Cups will bring all the memories like these rushing back.
We fired up our new Keurig Elite Edition B60 and sat back with a cup of Gingerbread coffee. We used the medium setting on the Keurig B60 and also tried the new Gingerbread coffee with a generous helping of creme and sugar.
When testing any new coffee, we like to benchmark it against other coffees we've tried. The entire Single Serve Coffee team has really been enjoying the Hazelnut Creme and the Mocha Nut Fudge K-Cups as well and hoped the Gingerbread would hold up.
We're proud to say we like the Gingerbread K-cups. You can smell the Gingerbread aroma right away when you puncture the K-Cup after inserting into the B60. When combined with some creme and sugar, the Gingerbread coffee brews up a very rich and generous full bodied flavor.
We also enjoyed several cups of the new Gingerbread coffee with hot milk microwaved for around 30 seconds. We found both skim milk and 2% to be quite excellent. The hot milk really brings out the flavor in the Gingerbread K-Cups and we continue to be a believer in whatever it takes to have hot milk in our coffee.
Overall we're going to give these a solid 3.5 out of 5 cups. We like the flavor, the memories the coffee brings back, and the great flavored taste.
