Get Your Weather and A Cup of Coffee with Melitta Smart Brew Coffeemaker
So the new ME1MSB Smart Brew Coffeemaker isn't a single serve coffee maker but it sure is cool. It's a 10-cup pot that uses Microsoft SPOT (Smart Personal Objects Technology) to give you almost-live weather data from MSN Direct above its button pad. There's really no setup and it receives all the data via the FM band. It's going to be available at $199 soon. We can only hope they build a weather station into the next Senseo, Bunn My Cafe, or Krups Home Cafe single serve coffee pod brewers.
