Nespresso Boutique Coffee Bar Opens in New York
The big thing in New York this week? The new Nespresso Boutique Bar. The big bummer? We got invited but couldn't attend. Oh well, we will be visiting New York soon enough and will have to stop by. The Nespresso Boutique Bar is located in New York City at 761 Madison Avenue, between 65th and 66th Streets, the Nespresso Boutique Bar will serve a discerning clientele in one of the city’s most prestigious residential and shopping areas, which is home to the world’s most fashionable brands.

Nespresso, the pioneer in premium pre-portioned coffee, announces the opening of its first Boutique Bar in North America. Located in New York City at 761 Madison Avenue, between 65th and 66th Streets, the Nespresso Boutique Bar will serve a discerning clientele in one of the city’s most prestigious residential and shopping areas, which is home to the world’s most fashionable brands.
Nespresso is widely known and highly regarded in Europe, and the New York Boutique Bar will be instrumental in reinforcing the company’s trilogy concept in North America: a wide selection of single-serve Grand Cru coffees, smart coffee machines and unmatched personalized service.
More than 2.5 million Nespresso Club members are loyal to the brand, which is present in more than 35 countries. Nespresso is the fastest growing operating unit of the Switzerland-based Nestlé group. During the last five years, Nespresso has enjoyed annual compounded growth of more than 30 percent.

The Manhattan Boutique Bar is similar to other Nespresso Boutiques around the world, all designed by Paris-based architect Frances Krempp. He has created a harmonious cohabitation of sophistication and simplicity with the use of smooth dark woods, modern metals, and chic panels of glass – materials that were carefully chosen to create a luxurious environment and an exciting introduction to the Nespresso lifestyle.
Visitors will discover a dynamic yet welcoming setting to relax alone, or with friends. Unique to the New York City Boutique Bar is a full-service espresso bar, which offers different espresso-based recipes that guests can enjoy along with a tempting menu that changes throughout the day.
Central to the Boutique Bar experience is the opportunity to interact with
Nespresso Coffee Specialists who will help visitors recreate their Boutique experience at home by guiding them through the varied selection of award-winning single-serve coffee machines and 12 Grands Crus premium coffee blends.
Nespresso’s stylish machines range in price from $179 to $799. Boutique customers will also be able to select from a range of accessories, including limited edition cups and saucers, capsule dispensers, and travel cases. Machines can also be purchased in upscale retail stores such as Bloomingdale’s, Sur La Table and Williams-Sonoma.
Customers buying a Nespresso machine are automatically enrolled as members of the Nespresso Club, a personalized customer service and information network, which provides a treasure trove of information, advice and specialized services about coffee, machines, and the Nespresso lifestyle. The Nespresso Boutique Bar is open seven days a week with opening hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays, and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekends.
