Juan Valdez Single Serve Coffee Maker
We've yet to review the Juan Valdez single serve coffee maker, but are going this week on a seek and purchase mission to pick one up. It's one of the least talked about single serve coffee makers in the Single Serve Coffee Forums, but that doesn't mean it's a bad machine. From what we've seen in person, it's a bit on the plastic side, and has a large footprint. The Juan Valdez single serve coffee pod maker supposedly can use "espresso pods"? Hmmm... Hopefully our local Target will have one so we can finally have a little quality one on one time with Mr. Valdez.
- Quick and convenient, this coffeemaker makes single serving-size cups
- Just fill the tank, drop in a pod and push the start button
- No measuring, no mess, no waste
- Accommodates Juan Valdez Java pods, Cooper’s Tea pods and Malongo Espresso pods

I just bought this coffee maker because it was a special at Tuesday Morning and I figured if it didn't work well, I h adn't lost much. But it was great, even with the Juan Valdez dark roast coffee pod. Quiet, fast, and a good temperature. I use it in my 2nd home. I have an expensive Capresso unit at our 1st home so that is my comparison. I think the Juan Valdez is fine for its use and price. I was thrilled to see how many pods are available for it. I liked the flexible pouring spout. The water container is a bit hard to position but it worked fine once I figured it out (the snap they say to wait for isn't much of a snap, just kind of drops into place). Over all, I give it 3 to 4 stars. I plan to get a lot of enjoyment from it for my starter cup of coffee each day.
