Tully's Coffee plans IPO = More Tully's K Cups?

Tullyslogowebmid521352We don't often cover that much business stuff in the Single Serve Coffee world, but it's nice to see a company like Tully's doing well enough to file for an IPO. What does this mean? Perhaps more amazing Tully's K Cups for your Keurig Elite B40 Brewer, Keurig B50, Keurig Special Edition Ultra Elite B60, and the Keurig B70 Brewer? We think so.

Tully's Coffee Corporation has announced plans to file a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the initial public offering of its common stock. US-based Tully's Coffee expects to file the registration statement before the end of April 2007, and anticipates that gross proceeds from the offering will reach approximately $50 million. Proceeds will fund the expansion of its retail and wholesale operations.
