The taste is supposed to be both fruity and vibrant, and pair that with a sweet acidity that is not overpowering. There is also supposed to be blueberry notes and other flowery notes in this coffee. Yemen Moka Sanani is grown on highlands in the region of Sana'a, this coffee is the best quality and the most consistent coffee Yemen has to offer. You have to try this coffee to truly appreciate its flavor. This is a very rare coffee, and is sure to please the person looking for something unique.

This is a lot to live up to: a unique place, a unique taste, and a unique origin. We can safely say this is simply one of the best single serve coffees we've ever had produced from a coffee pod. The flavor is rich and interesting - with very sweet notes that linger sip after sip. The acidity is indeed sweet and adds to the flavor, and the best part is the rich blueberry or chocolate/berry notes we taste in the coffee. Simply delicious.

• Acidity - 10 - acid is sweet and light adding to the flavor
• Body - 9 - a near perfect mix and very light to medium
• Flavor - 10 - chocolate, blueberry, and simply too good
• Mouth Feel - 8 - light but perks up with a little sugar and milk
