I'm also having the heating problem, does anyone know how to fix this? Posted by: Kerrt at February 15, 2010 11:52 AM Stopped heating inside of 3 months after not using it for a couple of weeks. Light use overall. This was very upsetting and disappointing, as it is a pain to try to return something outside of 30 days... The company was impossible to reach by phone. Amazon.com is sending a new one, but I'm concerned that the same thing will happen again and I will have a very expensive paperweight! I need help repairing this or returning this machine. After 5 weeks of use this is disappointing. I have had problems with brewing the large size portion with the reuseable filter. It only brews half the amount. It doesn't do it all the time but enough that it becomes a real problem.
