Bodum Bistro Double-Wall Insulated Glass Coffee Mugs

We know we've been featuring a ton of clear coffee mugs as of late, but we haven't had the chance to feature these Bodum Bistro Double-Wall Insulated Glass Coffee Mugs by themselves. They come packed ina set of 2, and have a 10-ounce capacity. They're also very durable provided you don't drop a giant metal spoon into the bottom. The best part is seeing your coffee in the clear, and if you're a cream and sugar single serve coffee drinker, you'll be amazed at the vortex of coffeeness in the mug.

I must say that we have thoroughly enjoyed our Bodum double wall cups. We have a set of 4 Bodum Pavina Double Wall Cappuccino Glasses in the USA and a set of 4 Bodum Canteen Double Wall Cups in the UK.
The only problem with both of them is that they are both just barely too tall to fit under the spigot of our Nespresso machines, at each home. That is not a problem however, because when you prepare cappuccino, you don't fill the cup with coffee, anyway. I just tilt the half full cup about 15 degrees, when I take it away from the Nespresso machine.
When prepared just right, you can see three layers - the pure espresso on the bottom, a layer of frothy milk and the pure froth on top. If you use a light colored liqueur, you can see that on the bottom, below the coffee, too. The trick is to pour the frothy milk through the froth very slowly. It creates a very interesting effect, in the clear cups.
Your guests will be suitabley impressed.
