How to: Feel Better and Drink the Right Amount of Coffee

espresso-1.jpgWe've been sent this article a few times over the summer but never really read it because the title was, "How To: Quit Drinking Coffee". Okay - like that's going to happen, and it's possibly the worst thing we can think of in the world to happen to anyone here at Single Serve Coffee. That being said, after finally reading the entire article, it gives some good tips and tricks on how to reduce stress, feel better, and still have some caffeine.

Not bad advice if things aren't going too well in your daily life. We recommend the following - drink coffee, get out and enjoy other people, and make sure and walk a few blocks everyday. Then have another cup of single serve coffee.

They basically feel this is a better list:

  1. Substituting with Green Tea
  2. Addressing the Social Experience
  3. Use Other Milky Drinks
  4. Take Care With Carbs
  5. The Power Nap

Whatever list you decide - check the article out - it's got some really solid tips and tricks.
