Nespresso Aeroccino Plus - Froth Hot or Cold Milk Quickly

We love our little Aeroccino (review), and paired with our Nespresso C100T Essenza (review) - it's a tough combo to beat for lattes and cappuccinos. We're excited that Nespresso is improving the Aeroccino with a new larger version of its Aeroccino coffee accessory: the Aeroccino Plus. Besides offering hot milk froth, the new Aeroccino Plus now offers coffee lovers the option to also make cold milk froth. That's right folks - let's froth some cold milk!
How does it work? To produce warm frothed milk, heating the milk to temperatures between 140-149°F/60-65°C, quickly press the button once. To override the heating function, press the button for two full seconds.
The Aeroccino Plus will be available in September as part of a bundle package with the Nespresso Le Cube machine for $429 or the Nespresso D290 for $549 in leading department stores, as well as gourmet kitchen and specialty stores, throughout the United States and Canada. Additionally, the Aeroccino Plus will be sold exclusively as a stand-alone unit for $129 in Nespresso boutiques, including Nespresso’s U.S. flagship boutique at 761 Madison Avenue in New York City, as well as boutiques in Bloomingdale’s in SoHo (New York), Chevy Chase, Md., Costa Mesa, Calif., and Chicago, the Bay in Toronto and Vancouver, and through the Nespresso Club.
