Pomegranate Single Serve Coffee Smartphone - Makes Coffee and Takes Calls

pomegranate_smartphone_ssc.jpg

Where to start? Did you ever think you'd see a Single Serve Coffee Smartphone, and one that makes single serve coffee? We didn't, and in these crazy technological times we thought Apple might beat everyone to the punch. The Pomegranate NS08 makes coffee, calls, and even has a GPS unit on board.

How does the coffee delivery system work? You simply insert a Pomegranate coffee capsule into the phone, and in less than 30 seconds you have a cup of hot piping coffee. Current flavors are: Hazelnut, Columbian, French Vanilla, and Sumatran blend. We're not sure on reservoir or other features, but it looks like you'll only need to travel to Nova Scotia to get one. :-)

Can anybody please tell me where I can get these? I would like to have it in time for Xmas. Maybe 2 or 3 as I know some others who could really make good use it as well.

Wait - a travel ad??? Where did you see that???
The only thing I saw was the optional Canadian-to-American language translator card.

But the real question is...does it run on the 3G network? :)

LOL... if this product were actually real, I would DEFINITELY have submitted photos & a news article to Jay about it. Imagine, a phone that can brew coffee after you shave... um... wait... that's actually kinda gross when you think about it. Anyway, more info about this clever viral campaign for NS Tourism can be found here: http://ifitshipitshere.blogspot.com/2008/10/pomegranate-phone-dialing-up-interest.html
