Bought the SS-700 three months ago. Hasnt had a single glitch. I still use my other coffee maker with the insulated caraf (Cuisinart) when I have several guests over. The K cup was a real hit though and everyone agreed that Caribou and Green Mt Breakfast Blend was the best cup in the 60 pak.
A big plus is the My K Cup accessory so you can brew from your personal favs that may not be offered in the K Cups. Great machine for that quick cup to wake up and before you head out the door to work!

Just bought one. Worked four times and pump went. Called customer service number in box and they said it was so new they didn't know much about them and I should return to store. Won't be buying another one ever.

I have just seen this new kcup machine yesterday in Canada at the Home Outfitters store. The retail on it was $249 which is just ridiculous considering that it is selling in Canada for a $50 premium and the Canadian dollar is close to par with the U.S. dollar. Canadians should be boycotting the purchase of this machine until Cuisinart gets their act together and quits ripping us off.

I LOVE THIS COFFEEMAKER! I am a coffee fanatic, but also like for things to be quick in the morning before heading off to work. This machine is super easy to use and has multiple features that are nice. There is a little storage compartment on the side for the Keurig filter should you decide to use your own coffee. The ability to make iced coffee, tea, etc that isn't tepid or watery is SO nice. The machine does take about 5 min to "warm up" before being able to brew, but the nice thing is that you can set a time for it to turn on. (I get up at 4:45 AM but my coffeemaker auto turns on at 4:40, so I just have to push a button and BAM...coffee!). I also like the fact that you can "rinse" the coffeemaker between uses. So, for tea lovers out there, you can purge the coffee taste out of the machine. It's also great for just making quick hot water for oatmeal. Ok, enough about this coffeemaker. I'm seriously in love.

***Don't forget that if you buy it at BB&B, you can use a 20% off coupon and get it cheaper!

Ours stopped working so we called Cuisinart and they said there were lots of issues with the current model and were pulling them all. They said a new model number was being sent to BB&B, but when we returned ours, the new model had not come in. BB & B was aware of the issues. They gave us a full refund and we didn't have the box, however did have our receipt and also gave us a new coupon.

I tried to buy one of these yesterday at Bed Bath & Beyond and when they tried to ring it up, they said the computer gave a message that it had been recalled. Said they couldn't sell it to me. They immediately removed about 20 units off the floor. Anybody heard about this or know what's going on?

LOVE this machine! My sister and mother have the Keurig B70 and I fell in love while visiting. Went to my Bed, Bath & Beyond to pick one up and there it was, Cuisinart's SS-700. Went back home to research, couldn't find anything except a press release from Keurig & Cuisinart from July last year of an upcoming joint venture to release Feb 1st. I took my chances and LOVE this machine. I am on my second one, finding the exact same issues as the B70 has, that it stops pumping. (Mother is on her 2nd one too!) Nevertheless with BB&B's great return policy and their 20% off coupons (that never expires) It's still worth it, even if I have to return it for a new one every other week! We LOVE our SS-700 and it matches all our other Cuisinart appliances. Best of all it's still a Keurig!

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (Nasdaq: GMCR) nabbed another believer last night. Conair will begin selling single-cup brewers under its Cuisinart brand, in a licensing and distribution deal with Green Mountain's Keurig.

Green Mountain collects 6.4 cents for every single K-Cup sold. The brewers are sold at cost because the money is in the k-cups.
