Caffeindicator Can Detect Decaf or Regular Coffee

caffeindicator.jpg

Caffeindicator is printed on the little paper packets that sugar and artificial sweetener come in. When your coffee arrives, you put a drop of it from your spoon onto the packet. If the paper turns pink, then you know that caffeine is present. We think this is going to be a crap shoot, as different decaf methods produce different amounts of caffeine in the decaf coffee. Whatever the method you need - it's definitely better to know if you're going to get all jittery in an hour instead of thinking you're having a cup of decaf over regular.

What we'd really like to see is a test that can tell if it's ethically grown and if it's going to be a decent cup of coffee.
