I have read many pages on the problems encountered with various models of Keurig brewers. The common thread is issues with the water pump not providing water for the brew cycle. We have been running one at work for almost 4 months and have encountered this problem less than 6 times. Each time the problem occurred was when someone immediately brewed a cup after the previous user finished and may not have waited for the reservoir to replenish the water into the heating tank. I believe we have also minimized problems by bringing the Cuisinart reservoir to the water supply so we are essentially reseating the tank with each refill.

I am glad to hear that it is not just me, I am set to return mine this morning. Continual problems with amount of water dispensed, water going back to the reservoir. I was advised by cuisinart to lift the reservoir and put it back to break the air lock or unplug and plug it in again. For a $200.00 I don't think so.

Unless they've made changes, this is the same exact model that Bed Bath and Beyond pulled from their shelves due to all the problems. I should know, went thru 3 of them(all with significant problems) before getting a refund.

When I returned the last one, a big message popped up on the computer screen saying the model has been pulled and gave instructions to ship back to warehouse.
