WE HAVE A SMALL OFFICE THAT USES OUR MR. COFFEE MACHINE. IT WORKS REALLY WELL FOR A WHILE THEN ONLY BREWS HALF A CUP....AND YES THE TANK IS FULL:}. WE SEEM TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN BY TAKING IT APART. THE THING THAT I WANT TO KNOW IS IF YOU CAN GET A FILTER TO USE MY OWN COFFEE IN. WE HAVE BOUGHT TWO AND EACH OF THEM FITS UNTIL YOU TRY AND CLOSE IT? SUGGESTIONS? I only get about 6 of the 8 ounces of water into my cup and the other 2 ounces leaks out of the bottom of my machine. Very dissapointing.
