Is the bunn mc ESE compatable?

Posted by: Bob Van Landeghem at July 12, 2011 2:25 AM

the Bunn My Cafe Model MC which I bought in Feb 2011 has begun to leak from the bottom after only 4 months. Bunn is replacing it, the replacement has only a 1 year warranty not 2 years like the original, but my fear is that this is a known issue and wonder when I will have to toss the unit and get a new one?

How do you guys think this compares to the Cuisinart SS-1 Cup-O-Matic? Both are around the same price and the SS-1 was very highly regarded 3 years ago. The only drawback AFAIK is that it's being discontinued.
