Nescafe Dolce Gusto Creativa Espresso Machine Review
Single Serve Espresso has a very detailed and interesting review of the Nescafe Dolce Gusto Creativa. We've reviewed the earlier Dolce Gusto here, and think the addition of the Creativa to the top of the line makes sense.
The Nescafe Dolce Gusto line was recently expanded to increase its appeal and increase the footprint in the US by offering a wider array of features and price points. Ranging from about $89 - $169 the Nescafe Dolce Gusto makers hit a sweet spot of single serve coffee/espresso machines that are easily affordable at the low end for higher quality pump-driven espresso machines.
The Nescafe Dolce Gusto Creativa machine by Nescafe, which sits at the top of the line of four products: the Piccolo, the Circolo, the Melody, and the Creativa is definitely worth checking out.

Many of us are beginning to notice the disappearance DG by Krups, and soon to take the place of the Krups machines on shelves I think are the new partnered brewers manufactured by Delonghi for DG. I found in descriptions for both the DG Delonghi Genio and the Creativa (plus) indications that suggest you can use your own grounded coffee and/or pods. I hope this forum searches this out and comes back on board to let us know about the changes. Hopefully, Delonghi and DG have worked diligently to provide some means such as a reuseable capsule or holder of some sort that can be purchased by those of us who have the former model. It will be interesting to know just how this is being accomplished.
