Nespresso Maestria Single Serve Espresso and Cafe Drink Maker
The Maestria has a steam wand built in.
Nespresso is realeasing in April two Nespresso machines - the Maestria and Gran Maestria. The Nespresso Maestria will use the Nespresso coffee capsules for one-touch coffee, espresso, and cafe style drinks. The Maestria will use a steam wand, but the Gran Maestria model will use the Aeroccino for making hot whipped milk.
Preparing milk is one of the hallmark features of being a home barista, so it's nice to see Nespresso is now moving in on the direction the category has been going for awhile.
You can also configure pour volume, and the Aeroccino4 can prepare four types of milk: cold and velvety, warm, warm and stiff froth, and velvety froth. Also built into the Gran Maestria is an automatic cup warmer which will make a big difference in how good your espresso is from the first sip.
Both the Maestria (RRP $749) and the Gran Maestria (RRP $899) have full aluminium bodies, pivoting cup support and fast heat-up times. Also - both machines have a 1.4-litre water reservoir.

I for one, welcome our caffeinated robot overlords.
Nah, seriously, this design reminds me of those retro robots you see in cartoons/old B-Movies.
