Giant Nespresso U and Me Mall Ad

Nespresso is really pushing the Nespresso U machine in shopping malls around the Boston area. We spotted this floor to ceiling ad just a few days ago and had to share. We also find it really interesting Nespresso and Nintendo both have U machines out this holiday season - the Nespresso U and the Wii U. Maybe the two machines together make a perfect modern life of coffee and video games.

Nespresso has been amazingly aggressive this holiday season. I'm pretty sure I saw more television spots for them than I did for Keurig this year. I wonder if perceived competition from the Verismo might have had something to do with it? Or perhaps they're trying to establish a beachhead before the Keurig/Lavazza machine?

They even roped me in. Between the 25% off electrics promo from WS and the $100 coffee voucher from Nespresso, I just couldn't resist. I have to say it's nice getting home from work and having a decent espresso in about two minutes without the effort or cleanup of my Gaggia.
