The Humble Cup - Single Serve Pour-Over Coffee Packet

The Humble Cup Single Serve Coffee Pourover packetPhoto (Betty Hallock / Los Angeles Times)

The latimes.com has found another great single serve coffee product - The Humble Cup. It's an instant pour-over coffee filter and dripper all in one. You open the Humble Cup and attach it to your coffee cup and add hot water. In a few minutes you'll have amazing coffee.

The Humble Cup is highly portable, and packaged in a sturdy foil-lined paper packet. Since it's one cup of coffee in a packet, you can take one just about anywhere you want to bring one, and all you need is hot water when you arrive at your destination.

We're not sure of the Humble Cup's nationwide plans, but right now it's available in the LA area. It's one of those great ideas that could be really great for local roasters to get their fresh roasted coffees in a more portable format.

I would absolutely buy this. Pour over is one of my favorite methods for brewing coffee. As long as the coffee is good and they put enough of it in the filter I would be all over it. It would be perfect for camping.
