Single Serve Coffee Wine Is Here

Miami-based Friends Fun Wine — the makers of the 6% ABV “Fun Wine in a Can is introducing the world to coffee wine. Cabernet Coffee Espresso and Chardonnay Coffee Cappuccino are “easy-to-drink” combinations of the world’s most popular day drink with the world’s most popular night drink.

The cabernet espresso has a “rich flavor of fresh cabernet grapes, espresso coffee and a hint of chocolate,” while the chardonnay cappuccino has a “sweet, refreshing Chardonnay grapes with vanilla cappuccino coffee and smooth hints of chocolate.”

We’ll have to watch and wait on this single serve coffee beverage. Perhaps the Keurig Cold will also bring some carbonated fun to coffee drinks in the future? We think sticking to a Jack and Coke might be better than coffee wine, but then again - we’ll have to try coffee wine to truly make the call.

I would probably stick to a Java Stout or maybe this :
This is a true dopplebock and Dark Horse Brewing’s only publicly distributed lager. It was so normal that we couldn’t stand it so we made it into a coffee dopplebock. Ha, take that Germany, with your Reinheitsgebot purity law! Anyway, we use fair trade organic coffee from our friends at The Ugly Mug Cafe in Ypsilanti, MI

Or these from OddSide Ales:

Bean Flicker Blonde - Looks can be deceiving! This satisfying simulation of self exploration is sure to surprise your pallet. It's an extremely smooth sessionable coffee blonde. So light a candle and enjoy the adventure this beer has to offer.

Mayan Mocha Stout - Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this smooth stout will keep you coming back for more! It is carefully blended with Dutch chocolate coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, and habaneros which will leave you with the perfect balance of chocolate and heat.

Java Chip Mint Stout - Craving ice cream? This stout will ease your taste buds. It the perfect marriage of mint-chocolate-chip-ice cream and roasted coffee.

Chocolade Koffie Stout - If you’re a fan of chocolate stouts this is the one to try! A great mixture of thick, sweet, dark chocolate fudge, and light espresso bean undertones will immediately appeal to your senses. Your taste buds will dance when the creamy stout takes flight.

Is it 5:00 yet?
