AB On a recent trip to Shaw’s in Bangor Maine came across a new offerings from The Original Donut Shop Coffee - Vanilla Cream Puff anyone? These K-Cups produce a bold Vanilla custard flavored coffee with a hint of golden pastry. The coffee is a medium roast coffee and makes for a great any-time-of-day treat.

The Original Donut Shop Coffee Vanilla Cream Puff K-Cups run $7.99 for a box of 12, and will work in all K-Cup Brewers including Keurig 2.0

The marketing they put on these boxes of K-Cups never ceases to amaze me."Extra Bold Coffee"? How is that possible when they only put 10.4 grams of grounds in each cup. Based on SCAA recommendations that's only good for 6.4 ounces of water. That would be for a standard cup, not bold. You know most people are going to put 12 to 14 ounces of water through these. That would make it a weak coffee, not bold. But I guess that's ok because people who drink flavored coffee, or Keurig coffee in general, don't actually want to taste coffee anyway.
