Coffee Is Saving Your Life
Over at CNN.com there’s more news coffee is saving your life for those who don’t smoke and drink three to five cups a day. That’s right for people who've never smoked, the benefits of drinking coffee is pretty amazing: Those who drank between less than a cup of coffee and three cups a day had 6% to 8% lower risk of dying than noncoffee drinkers. Those who drank three to five cups and more than five cups had 15% and 12% lower death rates.
So I’m pretty sure I’m upping my game in with regards to coffee consumption. Are you?
