This isn't the final packaging of the
Baronet Senseo coffee pods, but it will be similar.
Baronet Coffee will reveal coffee pods targeted at the Senseo single serve coffee maker in the near future. These coffee pods will come packed in a "foil" bag, much like the current Senseo branded coffee pods. The coffee pods will be a bit larger - in the 7.5 gram to 8 gram range, but you'll be able to use two coffee pods in the double Senseo holder, and one in the Senseo single pod holder.

We reviewed the Archer Farms French Vanilla
Coffee pods back in 2005.
It's a sad day, as many readers have written in that Target has discontinued it's line of Archer Farms coffee pods. We've gotten confirmation ourselves over the phone and email as well as this sent in from a reader below:
The Archer Farms coffee pod collection, including the Tierra Del Sol flavor. has been discontinued and will no longer be available. We don't believe the discontinuation of the Archer Farms coffee pods is any indication of the popularity or viability of the coffee pod in the single serve coffee world. The coffee pod has continued to grow in popularity, and Target has been phasing out the Archer Farms coffee pods for quite some time.
We reviewed many of the Archer Farms coffee pods, and really enjoyed them. But don't fret - Archer Farms coffee pods aren't the only coffee pods in town. You can get great coffee pods from Fratello, Baronet, Cool Beans, and other online merchants.

The Coffee Artisan was kind enough to send along a sample of the Fratello Hawaiian Hazelnut Premium Coffee Pods. We really like this blend, and find the 9.5 gram size to have the perfect amount of coffee to produce a rather mild yet medium flavored coffee.
