From the same people who brought us the Perfect Pod Maker now comes the Perfect Pod Holster. The Perfect Pod Holster allows you to use virtually any coffee pod 55mm and greater in your Keurig coffee Machine. It features a self tamping spring which extracts a cup of coffee or tea. So you're not really making a K Cup per se, but you now have the ability to use coffee pods in your Keurig brewer.
We think this is pretty big news. Now if you own a Keurig brewer you can use K Cups, your own coffee using the Reusable K Cup Filter, and coffee pods using the Perfect Pod Holster. This makes the Keurig machine the only single serve coffee brewer that is able to use three different coffee brewing delivery methods.
It looks like the Perfect Pod Holster will be available at Amazon.com later his month on October 22nd, in the mean time As Seen On TV has them in limited quantities. We do have a Perfect Pod Holster in for review, and will have the results very soon.

Want some "volcanic" coffee? Coffee grown in the volcanic soil of the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica is renowned for its well-rounded character, and a balance of aroma and body. We've enjoyed these coffee pods in the past, and they work great in your Senseo, Bunn My Cafe, Melitta One:One, simplehuman, Krups 1010 , GPOD, Home Cafe and other single serve coffee pod makers.

Coming packed in an 18 coffee pod box, the Yemen Moka Sanani Single Estate Coffee Pods from Fratello is a very unique coffee pod from a very unique place. The taste is supposed to be both fruity and vibrant, and pair that with a sweet acidity that is not overpowering. There is also supposed to be blueberry notes and other flowery notes in this coffee. What did we think? Is this coffee pod worth your hard earned single serve coffee dollar?

The Melitta "filterpads" allow you to use your own ground coffee, and create coffee pods for Senseo, Bunn My Cafe, Melitta One:One, simplehuman, Krups 1010 , GPOD, Home Cafe and other single serve coffee pod makers. This is very much like the Perfect Pod Maker, but you don't have to seal the coffee pods using a device. However, you can't use as much coffee in the Melitta Padfilters. You can expect to get around 6-7grams of coffee into the coffee pad filter from Melittta, and more than 11 grams of coffee in a Perfect Pod filter pad. For the review we used both the Senseo and Bunn My Cafe for comparisons.

We've only had Yemen coffee pods from Creative Pods (which we believe is now no longer in business), and we thought the Yemen was delicious. Now you can get Fratello Yemen coffee pods at CoffeeWiz.com. We just exchanged emails with Jim Evans at CoffeeWhiz.com, and he assures us these are the best coffee pods he's ever used and the flavor is out of this world. We believe him, and can't wait to try the Yemen coffee pods from Fratello.
They come packed 18 coffee pods per box. The characteristics found in Yemen's are best described as having a rich, fresh and earthy flavor. When prepared properly, the lingering blueberry finish is what we're looking forward to trying. These coffee pods will work in your Senseo, Bunn My Cafe, Melitta One:One, simplehuman, Krups 1010 , GPOD, Home Cafe and other single serve coffee pod makers.

Having recently reviewed the Perfect Pod Maker, we have been looking around for other ways to make our own coffee pods. The Melitta Padfilters allow you to fill your own coffee in a coffee pod sack, and then seal the coffee pod by tucking in the top part of the coffee pod into the larger coffee pod area. You can expect to get around 6-7grams of coffee into the coffee pod from our early testing. We'll be using both the Senseo and Bunn My Cafe for comparisons, and should have a full review very soon.
These "filterpads" allow you to use your own coffee and create your own coffee pods for your Senseo, Bunn My Cafe, Melitta One:One, simplehuman, Krups 1010 , GPOD, Home Cafe and other single serve coffee pod makers.

It's always nice to find another source of interesting and unique coffee pods for your Senseo, Bunn My Cafe, Melitta One:One, simplehuman, Krups 1010 , GPOD, Home Cafe and other single serve coffee pod makers. The best thing about coffee pod brewers is the open standard - anyone with some coffee, filter paper, and a coffee pod machine can make quality coffee pods and sell them online. e-CoffeePods sent us over samples of the Kienna line of coffee pods. These coffee pods weigh in at 11 grams, and are made in Alberta, Canada by Kienna Coffees.
We decided to focus on the Backpacker's Brew, as we feel the strong sense of the Canadian outdoors when we think of drinking such a coffee. The Backpacker's Brew is a blend of African, Indian, and Central American coffees. The taste? It's supposed to be dark and smooth. How did it fair?

We just received our Senseo Espresso Starter box from Germany. Yep - this is only available in Europe and that's a bummer, but if you can get one (try ebay), you can make Espresso with your Senseo coffee maker. This kit will only work in your Senseo Standard editions.
From the site:
