Red Diamond Coffee Single Cup Coffee Capsules for Keurig Brewers

Red diamond single serve house blend coffee angle

UpShot Solution, recently had Red Diamond Coffee based in Alabama, come on board their ever growing single cup platform that is compatible with Keurig K-Cup brewers.  Powered by UpShot Filter Technology which is recyclable, Red Diamond's new single-serve program is now being sold online and through various grocery stores.  Upshot's "K-Cup" has flow through technology, and is packed to the max with delicious coffee.

Red Diamond Inc. is a coffee, tea, and food service company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Red Diamond, founded in 1906, is one of the three oldest coffee and teas companies in the United States and has continuously been operated by members of the same family. It's really amazing to see all of these coffee brands coming into the single serve coffee age.

Dunkin Donuts Caramel K-Cups Review

Dunkin Donuts Caramel K Cup

Earlier this year, Dunkin Donuts revealed a new flavor to their K-Cup line-up after last year’s new Mocha K-Cups were introduced… Dunkin Donuts Caramel K-Cups. Even though it’s been available for several months, we are just now getting the chance to review it. Better late than never, right? Oddly enough, even though Dunkins advertise these flavors as limited editions, they seem to always be available at various shops whenever we stop by, so we’re not exactly sure what the story is behind that, but hey… all the better (for example, last year’s Mocha K-Cups are STILL currently available at some shops).

Whole Foods K-Cups Available

Whole Foods Vienna Roast K Cups

Whole Foods K-Cups which are non-affiliated with Green Mountain Coffee have launched in Whole Foods Markets under their 365 brand of coffees. Pictured above, the Vienna Roast Columbian Organic Cup K-Cups are the first of many single cups Whole Foods plans to offer. We are surprised Whole Foods didn't go the recyclable route using the Upshot Solution, but our sources say these are produced in Canada and then shipped to the US markets. That leads us to believe Mother Parker's Coffee or another roaster is producing these K-Cups for Whole Foods under the 365 brand.

Given this development we can safely say - there doesn't seem to be a major grocery retailer that doesn't have their own in house single cup brand. Al of these in-house brands are going after the established K-Cup brewers from Keurig. It's simply amazing in one year to see 1-2 non-affiliated GMCR single cups, and now we can't even keep track of all the after market products for Keurig K-Cup brewers.

It's a great time to own a Keurig K-cup brewer with all of these choices, and we hope to try the Whole Foods single cups in the coming weeks.

Starbucks Anniversary Blend K-Cups 2013 Now at Target and Online

Starbucks Anniversary Blend K Cups

AB has found one of our favorite K-Cups while shopping at Target today. Over at the Starbucks counter he found Starbucks Anniversary Blend K-Cup Packs for $14.99 for a 12 cup box. If you've never had Starbucks Anniversary blend it's a complex, full-bodied coffee blend with spicy flavor notes. Starbucks recommends enjoying a cup with a bowl of buttery popcorn and a flip through the photo album. We recommend enjoying it any time.

You can currently get the Starbucks Anniversary blend at Target, online at Amazon.com, and we can imagine Starbucks might be smart enough to celebrate their anniversary by having it in their cafes. Wherever you decided to purchase it you will be happy with this amazing dark rich coffee that's only out once in a great while. Starbucks Anniversary K-Cups will work in any Keurig K-Cup Brewers.

Keurig 2.0 Is Coming. Are you Ready?

Keurig 2.0

Over at the ShoffeeBlog there's news from the investors call from CEO Brian Kelly of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters of many new products coming from the Keurig division. Keurig 2.0 is one of these new products along with Keurig Water, and Keurig Cold - a Sodastream competitor. Keurig is betting that anything that comes in a liquid (maybe sans Soap dispensing - see yesterday's story) will be coming out of a Keurig brewer.

Mr. Coffee Single Serve Coffee Brewer Review - BVMC-KG2 Model

Mr Coffee BVMC KG2 KCup Brewer

As the only person in my household to enjoy a nice cup of Joe occasionally, I was on the hunt for a new K-Cup brewer that wouldn't take up much counter space, and also make a fresh cup of coffee each time I wanted one. The Mr. Coffee single serve coffee maker fit the bill.

I saw the Mr. coffee machine and it was smaller and more slim line for the counter top so I bought this as an upgrade for my coffee indulgence. A single serve brewer is ideal for me due to the fact that I want to enjoy the rich strong blends available without the hassle of learning where to get them and the correct way to make them.

Campbell Soup K Cups

Single serve soup K-Cups are coming - Campbell's Fresh-Brewed Soup will offer Keurig K-Cup brewer owners a hot cup of soup from their coffee brewer. When we first saw the press release we thought it might be April 1st (remember this joke from last year?), but it's not April 1st and yes soup in a K-Cup is coming.

The agreement brings the number one single serve coffee maker and the number one soup maker together to bring you Campbell's Fresh-Brewed Soup. The convenient snack will be prepared at the touch of a button, and a mini-meal from a K-Cup will be produced.

Dunkin Donuts Original Blend Iced Coffee K-Cups Review

Dunkin Iced Coffee K-Cups

A few months ago, Dunkin Donuts introduced a new iced version of their Original Blend by releasing Dunkin Donuts Original Blend Iced Coffee K-Cups. With the warmer weather of summer unfortunately coming to an end sooner than we'd like, we decided to check out these new K-Cups while they were still available during a recent stop at a local Dunkins shop.

Brewing these K-Cups resulted in the same strong earthy & smoky notes of Dunkins Original Blend which reminded us of walking into a Dunkins shop. Flavor (when taken black) was pretty much the same as well except things seemed slightly stronger than the Original Blend K-Cups. We got the earthy & smoky notes from the aroma and this even remained once cream & sugar were added. While it's not exactly 100% like what you'd get in a Dunkins shop, it's a pretty close runner-up.

Tim Hortons Single Serve Coffee Cups

Tim Horton's K-Cups

Tim Hortons Single Serve Coffee Cups are out and finally available. We've been wondering when we could enjoy Tim Horton's coffee without going to one of their restaurants and now we know.  Tim Horton's Single Serve Coffee cups are available only at participating Tim Hortons restaurants and online. They are compatible for use in Keurig K-Cup Brewers.

Tim Hortons and this product have no affiliation with Keurig or K-cups, and they are made with 100% Arabica beans. Also available in Premium Blend Decaffeinated Coffee. Will someone pay it forward and send us some of these K-Cups?
